The Creative Others Hot Desk Initiative

At Creative Others, we’re passionate about supporting the next generation of creative talent. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce the Creative Others Hot Desk Initiative, a unique opportunity designed to help students and newly graduated creatives gain valuable experience in a professional studio setting.
Each month, we open one spot for an emerging creative to join us for a week. During this time, participants will:
Work on a Real-World Brief: We’ll provide a project tailored to be started and completed within the week, resulting in a strong addition to their portfolio.
Experience Studio Life: Gain firsthand insight into how a creative studio operates, including workflows, tools, and team collaboration.
Receive Mentorship: Our team will offer feedback and guidance throughout the week to support participants in creating their best work.
Earn a Reference: For those who make a strong impression, we’re happy to provide a reference to bolster their future job applications.
This initiative is intended as a learning experience and a stepping stone for creatives entering the industry. While this is not a formal employment opportunity, it offers an invaluable chance to build skills, confidence, and connections in a professional environment.
How to Apply:
Submit a brief introduction about yourself using hte form below. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and one participant will be selected each month.
Location & Availability:
The Hot Desk is hosted at our studio for one week per month. Specific dates will be confirmed with the selected participant.
