Branding
We took inspiration from Japanese and Celtic branding. Looking at How their branding was implemented on their products as well as on promotional/Advertising material. We concluded a circular logo with bold font would work best as it could be branded onto specific promotional material such as barrels as well as incorporated into signage.
Signage
Exterior Bespoke protruding Barrel Sign
Made from a Recycled barrel this sign needed to work as a beacon of light attracting the public at a near junction.
Exterior Backlit Black on Black Shopfront Sign
Hand Painted Mirror
The incredibly talented Clara Dudley was Commissioned to design this mirror. Taking inspiration from old Scottish and Irish Alcohol brands who used to advertise on pub mirrors. We asked clara to create something unique to Yamamori with a homage to irish and japanese whisky culture.
Light fittings
We commissioned two custom light fittings at the entrance of the restaurant made from old Whisky barrel slats.
