Yamamori At Home - Takeaway & Delivery
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the hospitality industry in Ireland was hit hard and many businesses had to look at how they conducted their day to day operations during the challenging times.
We’re delighted to say with the help of some integrated Takeaway and Delivery software we have been able to keep Yamamoris kitchen open, be a positive contribution to the community and help slow the spread of Covid-19
The Platform
We integrated a takeaway and delivery software system into the current website. Designing the UI/UX journey, building the ordering widget to be on-brand with the website and setting up analytics so all traffic can be tracked from paid adverts through to sales on the site.
Analytics
We can’t talk specific numbers on this project out of respect to the client but what we can show is our process. By designing this page with certain tracking in the back end we are able to report the following to the Yamamori team.
How ads such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads and other 3rd party advertisers are performing. Ie. How much traffic they are sending individually to the web page.
What percentage of that traffic is converting to actual sales.
Tracking where users are falling off during the UI/UX journey so we can make informed design changes to help increase the sales conversion rate.
This allows the Yamamori team to see where they are getting the best return on their advertising spend. For example, Facebook Ads are currently generating more traffic than Google Ads so we could invest more money into those targeted ads and have a good look at why Google Ads may be under performing.
Content Creation
Once we got the takeaway and delivery platform set up we then set out to create engaging content to post on paid-for social media adverts and other online advertising platforms to generate traffic to the website and convert to sales.
Here’s a taste of what we created below. Fortunately, as we have been working with Yamamori for quite some time and diligently filing all content captured and created for them we had plenty of footage to pull from and created some engaging content to post.
