Valentines at Yamamori
Our intention for Valentines was to grow our email list and drive bookings for Valentines.
With the team we created a campaign called “Made With Love” with the intention of giving customers the chance to win a Yamamori experience. This involved partnering with the chefs to create the video and the dish to serve on the night along with communicating with managers on the ground in order to implement the campaign on the night.
Our campaign was rolled out on Facebook, Instagram, Email and Google all referencing back to a specifically designed web page where visitors could get information about Valentines and enter for the chance to win a “Yamamori Valentines Experience”.
Out of respect to Yamamori we can not release any specific metrics on the campaign but I can say we achieved our goal.
After the campaign we undertook a review and as a team critiqued our performance and how we could improve going forward. This is vitally important as if we are to improve as a team and produce even better work we must be able to critique our work authentically and see it as a positive part of the process.
