Khatsahlano Festival, You Were Magic!

This past weekend I had the honour of MCing the Balsam Stage at Khatsahlano Street Party and what an epic experience it was.

For eight hours straight, I got to hype up a buzzing sea of over 150,000 festival goers as some of Vancouver’s most incredible talent lit up the stage. From gritty rock to soulful vocals and everything in between, the energy never let up and neither did I.

There’s something really special about festivals like this. You don’t just witness community, you feel it. It’s in the dancing, the cheering, the random high fives from strangers, and the artists pouring everything into each note.

Massive thanks to everyone who made it happen the performers, the organizers, the local vendors, the volunteers, the sponsors, and every person who showed up to dance and party. Events like this remind me why I do what I do: to connect people, to create space for creativity, and to celebrate the hell out of community.

Until next year, Khats!

A good idea with passionate individuals behind it is what gets me going!

With training and work experience in Marketing, Event Management and Architecture along with being an International Sailing Coach for the past ten years I have been afforded the opportunity to work alongside many inspiring individuals and groups.

With this experience I came to realise my passion and strengths are within creating and building relationships as well as realizing an idea or team's potential and helping them present that potential to prospective clients both visually and verbally.

I am always looking for a challenge and for the opportunity to help an individual or team bring an idea/dream to fruition!
