Project Overview

Client: Icomera

Location: Vancouver, BC

Duration: 2023

Scope:
Setting up Icomera’s presence as a title sponsor for the City Age event

The Brief

For the City Age event on February 6th at the Fairmont Hotel, Icomera was a title sponsor looking to be seen at the event. This setup aimed to engage event attendees and effectively showcase Icomera’s presence. Alongside the installation, additional activities included filming at the event, active social media engagement, and the production and distribution of branded merchandise such as T-shirts.

Considerations

  • Ensuring timely setup and smooth operation of the installation.

  • Balancing impactful execution with cost efficiency.

  • Effectively utilizing the 6x8 space for maximum engagement.

  • Capturing key moments of the event and the installation.

  • Regular updates and interactive content on social media platforms during the event.

  • Designing and producing Icomera-branded T-shirts for distribution at the event.

The Result

For the City Age event, we proposed to craft a dynamic installation that simulated the experience of train travel. We planned to place a large TV screen at eye level in front of the guests' seats. The screen would play a view of the front of a Skytrain cruising through the city of Vancouver.
