Our team was tasked with developing a comprehensive advertising campaign for KidSport's Community Equipment Grant and Individual Sports Grant. This campaign aimed to raise awareness and increase participation in programs that support kids in need of sports equipment and registration assistance. We designed a multi-faceted approach that included ongoing social media efforts, targeted paid campaigns, email outreach, and materials to support coaches who submitted grant applications. Additionally, we designed an annual report and created printed collateral such as posters, vertical banners, and newspaper ads to further amplify the message.
The Result

We developed a vibrant and engaging social media and paid ad campaign for KidSport, incorporating their branding colors and imagery of kids participating in sports commonly enjoyed in the Northwest Territories. The campaign was designed to resonate with the local community and effectively highlight the importance of the grants. With a budget of under $100, we were able to reach over 40,000 people on Facebook and nearly 8,000 on Instagram, driving awareness and engagement at an impressive scale.
Coach support Package
As part of our campaign, we designed a special coach support package to show appreciation for past recipients of the Community Equipment Grants who were coaches. The package included a custom-designed t-shirt, lanyard, stickers, and a pin, all featuring KidSport’s branding. This thoughtful gesture was aimed at recognizing the efforts of coaches who helped facilitate participation in sports for kids in need. By combining practical and fun items, the package served as a token of thanks while also promoting the KidSport mission in the community.
Annual report
he Annual Report for KidSport NWT was developed for presentation at their Annual General Meeting, providing members with a comprehensive update on the organization's progress and the status of its grants. The report included key metrics such as the total amount of funds distributed through the Community Equipment and Individual Sports Grants, highlighting the impact on local children and sports programs. It also offered an overview of the year’s successful fundraisers, showcasing the positive outcomes and success stories. Through clear data and engaging storytelling, the report demonstrated the tangible difference KidSport NWT continues to make in the community.

"We were commissioned to design a series of vertical banners, posters, and newspaper ads to promote KidSport’s Community Equipment and Individual Sports Grants. These materials were created to raise awareness of the grants and encourage more community members to apply. Using bold visuals, engaging messaging, and KidSport’s branding, the designs were tailored to attract attention in both print and physical spaces. The banners and posters were displayed at local events and community centers, while the newspaper ads reached a broader audience, ensuring maximum visibility for the program.
