Scope:

Squamish Hospital Foundation required developing a campaign to promote a helicopter golf ball drop, producing event media, managing social media marketing, and creating animated videos to boost community engagement and fundraising for the Squamish Hospital Foundation.


BRIEF

We were tasked with creating a multi-faceted approach to boost community engagement and fundraising for the Squamish Hospital Foundation. This included developing and executing a campaign to promote ticket sales for the helicopter golf ball drop, a highlight of their annual golf tournament, as well as capturing and producing event media. Additionally, we were responsible for managing their monthly social media marketing, driving donations and volunteer participation, and showcasing the foundation's impact on local healthcare. To further engage the community, we were asked to create animated videos featuring AI-generated voices, adding a creative touch to their online presence.

Social Media Strategy

Our social media strategy for the Squamish Hospital Foundation focused on building strong community engagement while driving donations and volunteer participation. We crafted a mix of content that showcased the tangible impact the foundation has on local healthcare, sharing real stories of how funds were used to support medical equipment and facilities. By maintaining a consistent posting schedule, we kept the community informed and involved with regular updates on foundation activities and campaigns. Our approach also included special initiatives like the Christmas donation campaign, which encouraged giving donations as holiday gifts, and the creation of animated videos featuring custom characters with AI-generated voices to engage audiences in a fresh, creative way. Through a balanced mix of informative and engaging content, we helped strengthen the foundation's online presence and deepen its connection with the local community.
